Services
Whether you're looking for trauma therapy in the DMV, intensive trauma work, ketamine-assisted treatment, or complex trauma consultation as a therapist, you're in the right place.
I offer five main services for clients throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the greater DC area, plus therapists nationwide: individual therapy for adults and teenagers navigating trauma and its complications, IFS-EMDR intensives for clients ready to do deeper, accelerated work, Ketamine-Assisted EMDR for trauma that hasn't fully resolved through standard EMDR or talk therapy alone, and three offerings built specifically for therapists: case consultation, group consultation, and therapist mentorship and skills training. Each one reflects the same belief: good clinical work is specific, relational, and worth doing well.
For Clients
Individual Therapy
Serving Maryland and Virginia, including the DC metro area
I work with adults and teenagers throughout the DMV dealing with complex trauma and cPTSD, PTSD, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, and presentations that are hard to put neatly into a box on an intake form. If your history feels layered or you've been told you're "a lot," you're not too much for this work, and you won't be handed off to someone else.
Therapy sessions can be 60, 90, or 120 minutes and meet weekly or biweekly. I'm available via telehealth to residents of Maryland and Virginia, and in person in Rockville, Maryland (Montgomery County).
Insurance and fees: I am an out-of-network provider for all major insurance plans. I am happy to provide superbills for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits, and I partner with Thrizer to assist with submitting these claims to your insurance. A limited number of pro-bono and sliding scale slots are available for those who need them; just send me a message to ask. Check your cost estimate through Thrizer here.

Session rates: $165/60 minutes | $245/90 minutes | $330/2 hours
IFS-EMDR Intensives
In-person in Rockville, MD or Virtual across MD or VA
Some things can't be reached in 60 minutes once a week. Intensive sessions are designed for clients who are ready to do substantial trauma processing and want to move faster than a standard weekly schedule allows, using an integrated IFS and EMDR approach.
These sessions range from 3 to 20 hours and can be scheduled across one or more days. Every intensive begins with a complimentary 1-hour intake and treatment planning session, so we go in with a clear map.
Intensives are available in person in Rockville, MD (clients outside Maryland and Virginia are welcome to travel for in-person sessions) and virtually for residents of Maryland and Virginia. This service is private pay only and not eligible for superbill reimbursement.
Session rates: $200 per hour, 3-hour minimum
Ketamine-Assisted EMDR
In-person in Rockville, MD or Virtual across MD or VA
For clients whose trauma, anxiety, or depression hasn't fully resolved through standard EMDR or talk therapy alone. Ketamine-Assisted EMDR pairs EMDR reprocessing work with a low, carefully monitored dose of ketamine, prescribed independently by a licensed medical provider, to help difficult or "stuck" memories become easier to access and resolve.
KA-EMDR is offered in Rockville, MD, in partnership with Avesta Ketamine and Wellness for the medical evaluation and prescribing side of care.
Insurance and fees: Preparation and integration sessions are 60-minutes and may be billed as standard therapy and are eligible for superbills. Dosing sessions are 90-minutes and private pay only and are not eligible for superbill reimbursement.
Session rates: $200 intake | $165 prep/integration | $245 dosing
For Therapists
Complex Trauma Case Consultation
$60 per hour | Available virtually to licensed clinicians everywhere
This is not supervision. This is a working clinical conversation for licensed therapists navigating a specific complex trauma case, including cases involving IFS, EMDR, or the integration of the two.
I specialize in complex developmental trauma, EMDR, IFS and parts work, polyvagal theory, adolescents, family conflict, self-harm, suicidality, and cases that feel too tangled to untangle alone. Bring the client who's been stuck. Bring the case that's keeping you up at night. We'll work through it together.
Available virtually to licensed clinicians nationwide, including therapists throughout the DMV looking for an EMDR and IFS consultant.
Group Consultation
Starting at $50 per hour | Available virtually to licensed clinicians everywhere
For therapists who want ongoing peer support alongside individual consultation, I run consultation groups focused on complex trauma, IFS, EMDR, and IFS-EMDR integration case work. Bring your cases, your questions, and your stuck points to a small group of clinicians doing similar work, a lower-cost, more collaborative alternative to one-on-one consultation.
Therapist Mentoring & Clinical Skills Coaching
$60/hour (individual) | $50/hour (groups of 2 or more)
Graduate school teaches you theory. It doesn't always teach you how to sit with a teenager who won't talk, how to write a note that actually captures what happened in session, or how to trust your own instincts when everything feels uncertain.
This is mentoring for newly licensed therapists who want to build real, practical clinical skills in complex trauma work, IFS, and EMDR, not just clock hours. We'll work on rapport-building, treatment planning, documentation, understanding therapeutic frameworks in practice, and developing your own clinical voice and confidence.
Individual sessions available, as well as small group sessions for two or more clinicians.
