Services
Individual Therapy
$190 per hour
Maryland residents only. I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Carefirst, and Maryland Medicaid. I also accept private pay and will provide you with a superbill for reimbursement for insurance through your out-of-network benefits for 60-minute weekly therapy sessions.
I also offer a limited number of pro-bono or sliding scale services if individuals are unable to pay the full rate or are out of network with insurance. Please send me a message for more information.
Therapy services are available via telehealth, and in-person in Rockville, Maryland.
IFS-EMDR Intensives
$200 per hour
IFS-EMDR integrated intensive sessions are scheduled by the hour and include a 1-hour complimentary treatment planning consultation. These intensives work well for completing substantial processing when scheduling may be an issue for weekly appointments. These longer sessions range from 90 minutes to 4 hours, over one or more days. Available in person in Rockville, MD (non-MD residents can travel to MD for services) or virtually to residents of Maryland. This service is private pay and not covered by insurance; no superbills will be provided.
Case Consultation
$50 per hour
I provide case consultation (this is not supervision) and specialize in complex developmental trauma, EMDR, polyvagal theory, IFS/parts work, teenagers, family conflict, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, and complex family dynamics.
New Therapist Training
$50 per hour (individual session) , $40 per hour (group of 2 or more clinicians)
Hone and develop your skills as a newly licensed therapist. Learn how to build rapport with clients, become more curious, develop treatment plans, understand therapeutic concepts, improve documentation, and figure out your own therapeutic personality to build confidence.
